Smoked St. Louis Ribs

Smoked St. Louis Ribs

Smoked St. Louis Ribs with Ham Grenade Elite BBQ Rub and FUBAR Elite BBQ Sauce can be a delicious choice for any BBQ feast. Here’s a recipe to guide you through the process.

Ingredients:
St. Louis style ribs (quantity as needed)
Ham Grenade Elite BBQ Rub
FUBAR Elite BBQ Sauce
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup apple juice or beer (for spritzing)
Brown sugar
Honey
Butter

Instructions:
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. This allows the
smoke and rub to penetrate the meat more effectively. Generously
coat the ribs with the Ham Grenade Elite BBQ Rub. Ensure all sides
are covered. Let the ribs sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the rub
to adhere.

Preheat your smoker to 250°F. This is the ideal temperature for
smoking ribs.

Place the ribs in the smoker, meaty side up. Smoke for about 2
hours. Avoid opening the smoker frequently to maintain a consistent
temperature.

Mix equal parts apple cider vinegar and apple juice or beer in a
spray bottle. After the first hour of smoking, spritz the ribs every 30
minutes to keep them moist.

After 2 hours, lay out aluminum foil and place the ribs meat-side
down. On the foil, spread a mixture of brown sugar, honey, apple
juice and bits of butter. Wrap the ribs tightly in the foil.

Put the wrapped ribs back in the smoker for another 2 hours.
Unwrap the ribs and apply FUBAR Elite BBQ Sauce generously with
a basting brush. Return the ribs to the smoker, unwrapped, for an
additional hour, or until they reach an internal temperature of 207
210°F.

Once done, let the ribs rest for about 15 minutes. This allows the
juices to redistribute. Slice the ribs between the bones and serve
with additional BBQ sauce on the side if desired.

Enjoy your delicious, smoky, and flavorful St. Louis ribs!

Remember, the key to great BBQ is patience and maintaining
consistent temperature in your smoker.
